Take a suspense-filled trip back to “that summer,” the one that changed everything. It’s small-town Canada, 1978. When you’re 15 or 16 like Lisa, Carolyn, and Glory, time is already running out. But when these girls enter a pact to seduce, then blackmail, the neighbourhood married hunk, they walk an increasingly blurry line between empowerment and vicious exploitation. Little do they know that a protective, omniscient paperboy named Gordon is witnessing every sordid, secret encounter – leading to a surprising confrontation and a sacrifice destined to haunt Lisa forever.
