OUTREACH PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Do you love bringing people together, building connections and finding creative ways to make the arts feel welcoming and accessible?
This hybrid role works from our offices at Werklund Centre and remotely, supporting the planning and delivery of outreach events, free events, workshops and performances.
You'll collaborate across Marketing, Production, Administration, Box Office and Front of House to connect with new audiences and help create an exceptional experience from first invitation to final curtain.

BOX OFFICE COORDINATOR
Are you an experienced box office professional who knows that great audience experiences start long before the curtain goes up?
Working primarily from the Big Secret Theatre Box Office, you'll support ticketing and patron services throughout the planning process and festival, helping ensure audiences receive knowledgeable, welcoming and seamless support every step of the way.
Reporting to the Patron Services Manager, you'll be an important part of the team connecting audiences with the artists, performances and unexpected experiences of the Rodeo.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Are you an organized, adaptable problem-solver who thrives behind the scenes?
Working closely with the Production Manager, Technical Director and wider production team, you'll help coordinate the smooth delivery of events at offsite venues, working alongside venue staff, casual crew and vendors to keep everything moving.
If you love making ambitious things happen and can stay cool when the unexpected inevitably arrives, we'd love to have you on the team.

Do you love helping people find their way to the right experience? Join One Yellow Rabbit and be part of the team welcoming audiences to Calgary's annual season of cultural discovery, the High Performance Rodeo.
Working from the Big Secret Theatre Box Office and other downtown locations, you'll help Rodeo patrons with ticket purchases, questions and festival information while delivering warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Reporting to the Patron Services Manager, you'll play an important role in making sure every audience member feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
