SUMIKO IN NATURE: CONCEPT TO REALIZATION
PRODUCED BY STAGEd REVOLUTION
Is it even funny when art becomes comedy?
Award-winning Vancouver comedy artist June Fukumura brings you a wildly subversive solo performance where absurdity, charm and satire collide.
Meet Gloria Fukomachi, an acclaimed visionary and facilitator, here to teach you how to turn your dreams into reality. She’s got the formulas, the buzzwords, and a real-life case study that's about to get very personal.
Borrowing more than a little from the Survivor genre you know and love, this genre-bending, meta-theatrical performance exposes the paradox of trying to thrive and survive when you're at the end of your (macramé) rope.
