RULES

1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

   • 100 for $100, 55 packages available

   • 25 for $50, 150 packages available

   • 4 for $20, 300 packages available

   • 1 for $10, 100 packages available

3. The 50/50 prize draw will take place on February 2, 2026 at 1PM.

4. The Early Bird prize draw will take place on January 19, 2026 at 1PM from tickets purchased on or before 11:59PM on January 18, 2026.

5. The winner of the 50/50 draw will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $10,000.

6. The winner for the 50/50 prize and the Early Bird prize will be determined by a random draw utilizing a certified AGLC ERS provider's (Rafflebox's) random number generator. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. An email confirmation with your ticket numbers will be provided after purchase.

7. The winner of the 50/50 Raffle will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. The winner of the Early Bird Draw will be contacted by phone and email. The winner of this prize has till January 15, 2025 to claim their prize after which time a second draw from the same numbers will occur. (no cash) This ticket will remain in the draw for the grand prize 50/50 Raffle.

9. By playing you consent to having your name, winning numbers published.

10. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

11. Ticket purchases are not refundable.

12. If a winner has been notified by telephone and/or email and/or registered mail and the 50/50 cash prize is not claimed within one year, One Yellow Rabbit Theatre Association will contact the AGLC for permission to award the prize to One Yellow Rabbit Theatre Association.

13. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the prize will be awarded to the first individual identified on the ticket. One Yellow Rabbit and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

14. Employees of One Yellow Rabbit and their immediate family residing in the same household are not eligible to participate in the draw.
