Digital Tickets
We're excited to announce that we are moving to a new ticketing system to better serve you. This new platform will make booking, accessing and sharing your ticket a more streamlined process.
To ensure a smooth transition, we have created this short step-by-step guide to help you get started.
How Does It Work?
Our new digital tickets use a dynamic QR code to keep your tickets secure. This means the QR code is regenerated every 30 seconds. Two hours prior to your event start time, your live QR code will be generated. Until that time, your digital ticket will still be accessible for you to view and add to your wallet, it just won't be able to be scanned.
Due to the dynamic nature of these digital tickets, they are only valid if scanned live on your mobile device. This means tickets cannot be scanned if screenshotted or printed.
Keep reading to learn more about how to manage your digital tickets and wallet, and how sharing your tickets with other guests has never been easier!
Managing Your Digital Ticket
- Go to wallet.werklundcentre.ca and log in using your Werklund Centre (previously Arts Commons) login information. This will be the same email you purchased the tickets under.
- Once in your account, find the event and tap to view your ticket. Please note - your live QR code will not be available to view until 2 hours prior to your event.
- You may also choose to add your digital ticket to your Apple Wallet for an even more seamless experience. This feature is only available when accessing your wallet on mobile. Please note - Android Wallet is not yet supported.
- Your ticket is ready to be scanned! Present the live QR code at the door and enjoy the show!
