The Martha Cohen Theatre is located on the main level of Werklund Centre, with the lobby doors situated in the hallway connecting the east and west ends of the complex. It is most conveniently accessed from Stephen Avenue (8th Ave) off of Olympic Plaza.
Getting There
TRANSIT
Werklund Centre is located only a block away from the City Hall c-train station, making it extremely accessible by transit.
PARKING
Werklund Centre features a paid underground parkade with accessible parking stalls that have level access to elevators. This parkade can only be accessed by vehicle off of Northbound Macleod Trail. This parkade also features limited bicycle parking.
Additionally, the City Hall parkade across Macleod Trail from Werklund Centre can provide additional parking options, including accessible stalls. Using the +15 network, you can easily access Werklund Centre from the City Hall parkade. This parkade can only be accessed by vehicle off of 9th avenue SE.

Accessibility
The Martha Cohen Theatre is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. Access to the lobby area includes stairs; guests who require the lift are welcome to speak with a front of house staff member for assistance. Once inside the lobby, the theatre offers step-free access to seating at the orchestra level for individuals with limited mobility. For those requiring specific wheelchair accesible and companion seating, please contact the Werklund Centre Box Office at 403.294.9494 directly to book your seats. Assistive listening devices are also available upon request and can be found with the front of house team. We’re committed to making sure all guests can enjoy the magic of live theatre in comfort.

Washrooms in the Martha Cohen Theatre are located on the mezzanine level of the main lobby and include accessible stalls. Those with limited mobility are encouraged to speak with a front of house staff member who would be happy to assist in accessing the washrooms.
